Up to your OB MD: If the previous labor was medically arrested by your OB MD at 34 weeks, then it may or may not be arrested again at 35+ weeks. Make no mistake about it, the closer the fetus gets to term (38 to 40 weeks) the better for its' survival, and childhood development.

I hope so: You may find the process frustrating & want it to be over, but that's not a good idea. At 35 -36 wks there is a 50-60% risk that a newborn would spend a minimum of 2 weeks in a neonatal ICU with significant respiratory difficulties. These include mechanical ventilation and fluid s through a tube in the belly button. If you make it to 37 they won't stop you.
