Vitamin D blood test: They can test your blood for Vitamin D level and it is accurate and available.

Vit D: Excellent idea. The test will require an order from your doc or APRN. Serum vitamin D circulates as 25-OH D2 and D3 --- and 1,25 OH2 D3. Routine testing is total (25 OH D2 + 25 OH D3.) This reflects body stores and levels.
