Vertebral fracture: Optimally - wear spine brace (padded plastic, front and back) for minimum 2 months, 3 months best. Wear morning til night. Can sleep without. Minimal walking x two weeks. Only sit or recline. Cannot drive or bike. No lifting x 3 months, no sexual activity x 3 months, no domestic chores, no twisting, bending other than sitting and standing. Walk gently, slowly.
