Lumbar. Fracture: Treatment depends upon whether the fracture is stable or not and amount of compromise of The spinal canal or neuroforamen. Expect a thorough physical exam ,ct scan and MRI. If you already have some neuro compromise there may be use of medication to lessen the ongoing damage . Of course brace and activity limitation is critical
