Probably circulation: without an exam, I can only give general information, AND, the amazing thing is that this is NEW ! 1 in five women have this beginning in teens (Raynaud's) and some others have it in pregnancy due to increased circulatory volume and vasodilation. None of these start in 3rd trimester! would be a reason to keep reg. OB appt.s
