Common, but: Swelling in the lower extremities is very common. It is less common but still usually benign in the upper extremities. Your blood pressures are mildly elevated but not in what we consider a preeclampsia range. However, The asymmetry is concerning for a possible blood clot though less common to affect both the hand and the foot. See your doctor.
