31 weeks pregnant: At "31 weeks", lower extremity swelling is very common, as well as urinary urgency, secondary to the heavier pressure the growing pregnancy creates on the pelvic veins and bladder. See your OB provider, as high blood pressure and a urinary tract infection can also cause your symptoms.
