There's a little brown speck on my schlera (white part of my eye), is this dangerous? how do i get rid of it?

Nevus: This is a site of the growth of pigmented cells, similar to those that cause a mole on the skin. These are generally benign, and are more common in pigmented races. Most are in the conjunctival lining of the eye overlying the white sclera. They can be removed if the cosmetics bother you, Generally they are just observed to see if they change over time.
