i have a brown spot in the white part of my eye.. it has developed a month ago. i am 19 and i have myopia. is there a way to get rid of the spot.

Dr. Clarene Cress
Specializes in Pediatrics
Needs exam: A new onset brown spot on the sclera sounds like a pigmented lesion and should be seen by an eye doctor to assess for melanoma. It is not uncommon to see a bright red spot from a broken blood vessel, but this usually resolves in a few weeks.
