Burning throat: Greetings. The burning throat should be evaluated by an ENT doc. Not sure if you have voice changes or swallowing difficulty but an endoscopic evaluation is probably a good idea if your meds for reflux isn't working. It may take more time and you may add an antacid as needed. Reduce the acid in your diet, sleep with your head elevated, avoid eating before bed, lose weight and st smoking may help.
