Pharyngitis: You likely have something that is irritating or inflaming your pharynx, which is the column from behind your nose to the entrance of your larynx/esophagus. This is often infectious (viral/bacterial) though it can be related to reflux of stomach acid. If it is bothersome or worsening, get it checked out.
