See doctor: See a doctor and get a throat culture to rule out a strep throat. At the same time he could take a look to see whats going on.

.: It could be herpangina, viral inflammation in throat. Check if your physician to rule out strep throat too. It might need antibiotics if you have strep. Otherwise symptomatic treatment to help with pain including mouthwash.
