What do you suggest if my throat hurts when i swallow?

Sore throat: Initially try salt water gargles,try old fashioned aspirin gargle,symptoms may be caused by dry mouth,inflammation,or infection,if symptoms persist,see your physician,a culture may be needed,prior to treatment.
