In other words, an enlarging P doesn't always indicate having trouble to void and a small P doesn't always guarantee on in voiding. In short, how a man voids is dictated by how his urinary sphincteric unit may coordinately relax and open to pee with normal voiding pressure inside bladder. So, ask Doc for reality.

Normal: 26 mL is essentially a normal volume prostate for 48 years of age. prostate size does not reflect prostate cancer risk. Benign enlargement of the prostate most often is related to size but is only treated when symptomatic.
