CBT Therapt: This is a particular type of Social Anxiety/Phobia. An experienced specialist therapist w/ a good fit for you can work to coach you to a win. It takes time, but it's done again and again. For performances where you want to be clear and as excellent as possible - you don't want to be fuzzy from drugs that make you calm but vacant. But it may be all you can do till you get it right.
