I am prescribed vyvanse (50mg) daily and xanax (2mg) as needed. ive been taking xanax nightly because it helps with the vyvanse come down and my anxiety. is it okay to take xanax nightly after taking vyvanse during the day? will it affect my heart?

Talk to prescriber: xanax is very addicting, short 1/2 life can cause withdrawl, talk to your prescriber and a small tenex dose might be a better choice if you are having trouble when vyvanse is wearing off.
