If no pain, and no: change in size, monitor and watch it and the let your eye doctor know how long it's been there. Without a slit lamp microscopy exan it's impossible to tell what it could be. It may be worth visiting your eye doctor and getting a good eye exam, and dilated exam done, and get his/her opinion on it.
