Disclaimer

I have a white pimple looking thing on the inside corner of my right eye where it's pink. It's on inside of eye not outside or lid. No pain. Worried.

If no pain, and no: change in size, monitor and watch it and the let your eye doctor know how long it's been there. Without a slit lamp microscopy exan it's impossible to tell what it could be. It may be worth visiting your eye doctor and getting a good eye exam, and dilated exam done, and get his/her opinion on it.
