Pimple: You might have a stye, or hordeolum. This is caused by a blocked oil gland in the eyelid-- it is often tender to the touch. It can be treated conservatively with hot compresses and topical antibiotic for a few weeks. Sometimes, surgery is needed to drain the stye. If the bump is in the inner corner, you may have a blocked, infected tear draininge duct- this should be checked by your eye doctor.
