It forms a pimple on the eye lid and does get to the point where it pops but does not seem to go away i've had this for about 2months on both top eye lids and recently on my bottom eye lid?

Lid problem: Sounds like you have a condition called blepharitis which can be accompanied by lid lesions called chalazia.These are areas on the lids which are raised like a pimple but have no area that looks you could pop. If this is the case local treatment to the lids is indicated. You should see an ophthalmologist for evaluation and treatment. You can try baby shampoo lid scrubs and warm compresses prior.
