My hands and feet keep going really cold. and my feet and knees seem to go a really deep purple colour in places.. why is this? thanks

Cold/purple hands/ft: Seek medical attention this week.Seems to fit Raynauds disease/phenomenon which is vasospasm in finger and toes related to cold or stress. Hyperactive response of the vessals. Is either primary of unknown cause or related to a underlying autoimmune disease, thyroid, lyme,carpel tunnel, MS.Worsened by caffeine and smoking, lo magnesium, drugs (like ADHD,b-blockers,bromoncriptine),repetitive work.
