My hands and feet are so cold they are numb all the time. my knees also feel very cold. why is this? and what can help?

Reynaud's syndrome....constriction of the blood vessels hands and less common hands and feet is associated with arthritis of various types 2. Anemia of various types most commonly iron deficiency 3.
