Water to wound: Limited info, not sure what kind of wound. Wound are usually washed/dressed 2-3 time s a day and surface is kept dry. Adding water may not help and may promote additional bacterial growth. Healing take 2-4 weeks and may result in a scar that takes a few months to resolve. Silicone cream/patches can help reduce the scarring if a layer of skin is present. f/u with doctor, monitor for infection
