I recommend being examined by your gynecologist. Possibilities include a herpes outbreak or an allergic reaction to the condom. Either condition can be treated. Another possibility is a friction burn which occurs right after the intercourse. White Vaseline can be applied for this, but the gynecologist will recommend the best treatment after examining your vagina.
