See The Spin Doctor: Sounds like there's an imbalance in there. More fluid on one side than the other. Leads to an illusion of motion. It's called 'vertigo.' So the infection is most likely gone but all the fluid from the inflammation hasn't been resorbed yet and/or is doing so unevenly. You should get better in a short while. Try Dramamine (dimenhydrinate) (no Rx needed). If that does not help, see your doctor. Try not to drive yet.
