None yet: Currently there is no actual treatment and no vaccine. There are some promising leads and these will no doubt be fast tracked. Current victims, with the best of care, are given whatever physiological support that is available in the hopes that their immune system can combat the virus and prevent death.

Some measures: "Supportive care" is the best treatment. Basically treat the symptoms as they appear with; -Intravenous fluids (IV) and electrolytes -Maintaining oxygen status and blood pressure [Symptoms=vomiting, diarrhea, rash, impaired kidney and liver function, and in some cases bleeding] Some experimental immune and drug therapies have been administered to Westerners that contracted the virus.
