Ebola: the treatment for ebola at present stems from sanitary and aseptic conditions in hospitals in the US to prevent spread. The main treatment seems to be symptomatic although there has been some limited treatment with serum developed by the CDC. There are trials and hope for a vaccine hopefully in the next year.

Don't be scared: Ebola is very unlikely to become an epidemic in the U.S. It's possible a few cases will occur, but they will not develop into an epidemic. No one has yet been infected with Ebola in the US from someone infected elsewhere. It's difficult to catch it, and people aren't contagious until they develop fever. Car accident, gunshot, lightening much more likely than Ebola. Plus, a vaccine is likely soon.
