Live healthy: Interesting, while people classically think of infections causing your WBC to be elevated/high, it's not that uncommon to see low WBCs that are related to infections too. For the short time, just focus on living healthy, meaning eat well, get plenty of rest, and remain active but don't overdo it. You should have some follow up for this in the near future to make sure that your counts improve.
