My daughter has a couple of swollen lymp nodes on the right mesentery and the biggest one is 12mmx80mm.she had fever 3 days ago and now she is in very good condition (no symptoms/fever).anything to worry/is it viral?wbc was 14 crp was 3.5 3 days ago?

Right mesentery covers a wide area. But these seem big. Discuss with her Drs who have looked at her and the CT. CT is only way to see lymph nodes on mesentery.
