May be: it is hard to determined what will happen most likely the hernia might come back depend on the size of the screen they use and if you had your surgery open or laparoscopic you have good chance you will be ok but again is unpredictable good luck

Safe, could recur: It is safe to get pregnant, however the extra pressure of your pregnant uterus could cause your hernia repair to fail. There is a chance you could end up with a recurrent hernia, but at this point your body has healed and the risk is low. Even if you did develop a recurrent hernia, it wouldn't pose any immediate problems.
