Nasal fracture: If it was a minor fracture, it may not be a problem for you to exercise at this point, but if it was a more major injury, it might be best to wait 7-10 days to exercise. You should consult with the doctor who examined you and knows the extent of the injury prior to exercise.

Yes: It is about your discomfort or bleeding. If you are comfortable than you can run. There is no further damage you can do by taking a run.
