?Nonallergic rhiniti: Nonallergic rhinitis could be the diagnosis. Treatment is similar to allergic rhinitis. Topical intranasal glucocorticoids and topical inhaled antihistamines can help. Atrovent (ipratropium) may also help if it is nonallergic rhinitis. If unimproved improved, allergy testing may help guide treatment.
