Cannot say: in your particular case without an exam. That is a martial arts pressure point, and with enough force everyone will have pain there. A Joint location that can get irritated. Rest/anti-inflammatories clear it fast. Carpal tunnel is UNLIKELY without more pain in different areas of hand/wrist. Can be previous fracture/trauma
