Musculoskeletal pain: You have some type of inflammation in the area of pain in your chest wall involving the muscles,bones,tendons,ligaments.Usual treatment includes aspirin,tylenol,Advil (ibuprofen) for pain.Hot and or cold packs,massage,range of motion,stretching,rest may be helpful.An exam would further define the extent of the problem and what further testing may be indicated.You raise many questions that beg for answers...
