Not likely: brain tumors may cause headaches but in someone like you that would not be the most likely cause. However if your headaches become severe, wake you up at night, are associated with vomiting or neurological symptoms then you should be evaluated.

Unlikely: If occurs with your cycle, it could just be related to blood loss and fatigue. If it only occurs with period, likely not serious. I would however suggest letting your gynecologist know. Hope this helps.
