Specializes in Pain Management

Not likely: Because of the length (3 years) of the symptoms. However, it is a responsibility of the headache or orofacial pain specialist to rule out secondary headache (tumor). Complete headache history, examination and imaging will solve this concern. Rec.: see your headache or orofacial specialist for evaluation.
