See your MD: You need to see your doctor as soon as possibled and have yourself checked. Definitely, if the headache is so severe and massive and has been there for 2 weeks- you dont want to wait anymore to have it evaluated. You need a good history and examination, imaging to the head-i.e.Mri-and some other tests. If you can't see your doc soon enough- go to er. Dont lose any more sleep -go now.

Neurological issue: I highly recommend that you let your doctor know about your symptoms and ask for a neurological work up and perhaps a referral to neurologist. It could be from your neck and back. But a through exam will determine the cause.

History and exam: Need to have a thorough history and exam. Just by thinking it might be a tumor must be stressing you out. Get to a dr. So you can hopefully get to the bottom of what is going on. The neurological symptoms are definitely a concern. I would get to a doctor or emergency depart. Asap.
