Just infection: No, a kidney stone can only be seen with imaging studies such as an xray or CT-scan.

Hi. I had urine test with plus 1 blood in urine but culture had no bacteria. Concerned about this but did have kidney cysts on a CT scan years ago.
Mild pain and blood in urine for 1 day. Urine culture shows protein but no bacteria growth. Blood test for kidneys came back normal. What is this?
