I've had a headache non stop for just under 4 weeks now (post birth). if it was a stroke, can it present as a chronic headache?

See your PCP ASAP: Headache itself can cause stroke. In ischemic stroke, headache can be present in a fair number of patients, but other neurological symptoms will be present as well. Regardless, the headache that persists for 4 weeks is a red flag and visit to your PCP is warranted.
