Depends: Need more information. What kind of stroke did you have? Are the headaches a residual from the stoke? The problem with Tylenol (acetaminophen) and ibuprophen is that you cannot use them chronically. So if you need something everyday. There are safer choices

Stroke: They may help. Ibuprofen is not often used if there is risk of bleeding. Stronger medications can be used if they are not helpful. All the best.
