How would i know if i had a stroke? i had transient neurologic symptoms for 3-4 weeks that are now gone. these include dizziness,drowsiness, headache.

Those are not : "neurologic" symptoms. Those are nonspecific symptoms. "Neurologic" symptoms are e.g. hemiparesis, diplopia, ataxia, aphasia, hemianopsia, dysarthria, etc. What are your risk factors for stroke? (I'm guessing none.) Everyone should become familiar with the signs & symptoms of stroke; in your case, not cuz you're at risk for 1 yourself, but to take quick action if you witness 1 in someone else.
