Heat stroke: It does not sound to be heat stroke if the headache is the only symptom you have. Heat stroke is a severe condition where the internal body temperature rises to a dangerous level due to prolonged exposure to excessively high temperatures. Symptoms of heat stroke would be more varied and severe than than just a headache. Consider wearing a wide brimmed hat when out in the sun.

Heat Stroke!: Heat stroke is the most serious form of heat injury and is considered a medical emergency. If you suspect that someone has heat stroke -- also known as sunstroke -- call an ambulance immediately and give first aid until paramedics arrive. http://www.webmd.com/a-to-z-guides/heat-stroke-symptoms-and-treatment#1
