I have headaches everyday and i have history of strokes and antireism . i have had a cat scan and they say everything is normal. how can i stop them?

Headache: The best way to get rid of headaches is to find a quiet, darkened room and lie down. Spend 20-30 minutes focusing on your breathing to relax yourself even further. Drink some fluids such as water. If that does not help, then try some Acetaminophen or Ibuprofen as directed on the bottle. If these things do not improve your headache or it worsens, then consult a headache specialist.

BE SAFE: I like many otc remedies to handle frequent headaches, and your pattern is c/w chronic daily headaches. Prevention is key to break up these patterns, and would suggest you consider butterbur, feverfew, magnesium, coq-10, riboflavin, etc. Some prescription items to consider include divalproex, topirimate, propranalol. Discuss with your doctor, as all of this needs control. Perhaps see neurology.
