No: You should take a break for about 2 weeks after the procedure to allow adequate healing. However, be aware that the risk of re-injury to the nose will be there if you continue taekwondo and you could ruin the work that was done on your nose.

Septoplasty: You just need to heal properly and then you can return to your normal activity. Follow your doctor's directions with regards to resumption of activity.
