Chest xray showed bilateral coarse interstitial markings. ct showed 2mm granuloma and 3 mm subpleural nodule, both stable. some shortness of breath. should i be concerned?

The finding of shortness of breath should be further evaluated. Pulmonary fibrosis and COPD should be. The two other findings found on CT may require further evaluation. Did you smoke or are you a current smoker. Granuloma may be related to infection. Were you recently ill, have you had a COVID 19 infection? Watch for signs of cough and dizziness.
