No worry: The maximum adult daily dose of Alive is 1000mg. One tab = 220 mg. So far you took 880 mg. If you take medicine, always follow the doctor's instructions on how much to take

If you feel ill -ER: If you feel dizzy, blurry, nausea, chills, faint, etc., go to an ER. If you feel nothing but the original pain, just watch for a day - but don't take any more pain medicine till tomorrow. Dose should not exceed 2 in 8-12 hrs. Worry won't help, so don't. Just get to an ER if you feel ill and be more careful in the future. These things are serious. Take care. Good luck. Hope it's just a lesson.
