Hard to say. US?: Usually, those on clomid (clomiphene) will be followed by ultrasound to see how many / how fast the ovaries will "ripen" to produce eggs. Your fertility specialist shd be tracking this, along w/ other meds that ur probably on. Everyone responds to clomid (clomiphene) in their own way, u may have to go through >1 cycle for it to take effect. But be patient... it's worth the wait. Hope this helps, thanks for asking HealhtTap
