Variable: Ovulation when using Clomid (clomiphene) usually occurs 7-9 days after the last pill is taken. Hcg injections can be used once egg maturity is reached (ultrasound monitoring of ovaries) & takes the guesswork out of when ovulating. Ovulation usually occurs 24-36 hrs after HCG injection.
