My re started me on clomid (clomiphene) 50 mg with 5000u trigger shot as i had cycles from 43-65 day cycles. confirmed ovulate with u/s.its 2w later, should i test?

Wait a few days: If a urine pregnancy test is positive now, then that is a valid result. If negative, then one wonders if the test was done too early. Since there is no need to rush the test, doing it 3 weeks after ovulation will give a trusted result even if it is a negative result.
