Vaccine side effects: Probably you are having mild side-effects from one or the other of those vaccines. I think it's best to call your doctor about it, so they can 'track' your condition. Most likely this fever (which can occur in a few percent of patients) will go away on its own. You want to watch out for any localizing symptoms (red, sore, swollen arm) and other 'systemic' effects like continued fever, weakness etc
