Glucose fluctuates: Hi. What type of diabetes do you have (1 or 2)? Are you on insulin? How low is "low" to you; how high is "high"? Too many unknowns here for us to advise, but be aware that in diabetes, glucose does fluctuate sometimes quite a bit. You could clarify with more information or talk with your doc. Good luck and good diabetes control!

Blood sugar control: Key elements in control of blood sugar in diabetes are diet, circadian rhythms, activity and medication, and all need to be addressed to achieve stable blood sugars. Consistency in all helps control blood sugar. Eating a balanced diet, keeping a schedule of sleep and wake times, regular exercise, and taking meds on time are all important.
